I began my journey in the real estate industry after meeting Inna Voinarovska. It was then that I realized this was the field in which I wanted to grow and develop for many years.
Before moving to Poland, I spent over 18 years working in sales in Belarus. This experience became a strong foundation for my career — it taught me to listen carefully, negotiate effectively, and successfully bring every process to completion.
In Poland, I not only support clients throughout the property purchase process, but I have also personally gone through the entire journey of buying an apartment and obtaining a mortgage. Thanks to this experience, I truly understand the concerns and questions that arise when making such an important decision, and I am able to guide clients through the entire process calmly, safely, and with confidence.

Tetiana Tymofieieva – agentka

I am a Ukrainian-speaking real estate agent. In my work, I focus on an individual approach, understanding each client’s needs, and ensuring a sense of security throughout every stage of cooperation.

I moved to Poland in 2015, where I completed my Master’s degree with honors. My journey in real estate began in 2022 when I purchased my own apartment in Warsaw. This experience showed me how important professional support is and inspired me to develop my career in this field.

Since 2024, I have been a part of the THE Realty HUB team — a place that combines high standards, professionalism, and genuine care for clients. I am currently on maternity leave, but I will be returning to work soon.

Alina Rachynska – Leading Real Estate Agent

I am originally from Kyiv, but since 2022 I have been living in Warsaw, where I began a new chapter of my life. Within eight months, I learned Polish and started my career in the real estate industry.
For over 15 years, I have worked in sales and management, gaining extensive experience in negotiations, building strong relationships, and effectively solving challenges.

Today, I represent THE Realty HUB on the Ukrainian market and provide dedicated support to Ukrainian clients, helping them safely navigate the process of buying, selling, or renting property in Poland.

In 2023, I returned to Warsaw and discovered my passion for the real estate industry. At the same time, I met Inna Voinarovska — a person whose approach fully reflects my own values: professionalism, client safety, honesty, and support at every stage of cooperation.

Today, I am a member of the THE Realty HUB team. It is a place where high standards go hand in hand with a personal approach, and where real estate services are built on deep respect for our clients’ stories and decisions.
